Postage Costs

We offer an Australia Wide flat fee of $10 per order for Express Post with a tracking number.

This means it will only cost you $10 per order even if your order includes multiple items!!

 

We currently have a special offer of FREE Express postage on orders over $50.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends and public holidays) from receipt of payment.

Payment Options

For your convenience we accept Bank Deposit, PayPal and Credit Card payments. We also accept Money Orders, Bank and Personal Cheques.

What if my item is faulty?

We inspect all items prior to despatch to ensure they are in perfect condition.  If however, you receive a faulty item please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us.  Items must be returned
within 7 working days to receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as payments.

Please use  postage method with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

If you are unable to return the item within the specified time please contact us to make suitable arrangements.

What if the item does not fit?

All measurements are provided in item description.
Garments are measured laying flat and then doubled.
For example, bust measurements are taken from under arm to under arm on one side x 2.

Please compare the measurements to your garments to ensure the right fit.  All sizes are given according to Australian Sizing.

In the event that the item does not fit, please notify us as soon as possible and we will offer you an exchange.

Items must be posted within 7 business days and must be received in the same condition.
